Ray is a certified strength and conditioning trainer through the National Personal Training Association (NPTA) with a focus on athletic development. Drawing from years of personal experience in fitness, martial arts, and soccer fundamentals, Ray blends traditional strength training with functional conditioning to help athletes build the physical and mental edge required to perform at their best.
As both a dedicated trainer and father to an elite-level youth player, Ray brings a unique perspective: he understands the demands of competitive soccer and the importance of preparing athletes not just technically, but physically. His sessions emphasize:
