The first lesson introduces every player with a brand new Umbro ball, which they keep to practice at home as part of their ongoing development. This session also includes a detailed skill foundation check that highlights strengths while identifying areas for improvement. Players are guided through structured exercises that measure ball control, positioning, and movement under realistic pressures. We provide all the necessary lessons so players can focus entirely on their growth. Parents and guardians observe as athletes build comfort and confidence. The first lesson is both an introduction and an assessment, shaping the most suitable path forward.

Private Sessions
$50/hr

Following the initial assessment, players may book personalized, one-on-one advancement private soccer lessons designed for rapid improvement. Each lesson is built around targeted exercises that emphasize technical refinement, tactical decision making, and confidence building under pressure. The approach adapts to the player’s evolving needs, ensuring that every session provides meaningful growth in the shortest possible time. Players benefit from focused attention that highlights their strengths while carefully addressing areas needing improvement. This personalized structure supports faster development, sharper instincts, and a higher level of match readiness. Each lesson becomes a stepping stone toward achieving peak performance.

Group Sessions
$25/hr (minimum 3 per group)

Group practice lessons provide an affordable way for young athletes to grow while building teamwork, communication, and chemistry. Players take part in structured activities that include dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, and positional awareness. Small sided games create real match intensity, testing decision making and adaptability under pressure.

Peer-to-peer learning pushes players to challenge themselves while encouraging shared growth and motivation. The group setting builds trust, strengthens friendships, and improves timing, spacing, and ball movement. These lessons give players the chance to apply individual skills in a team framework, making them ideal for friends or teammates advancing together.

Rain Sessions
Price's Vary

Life in Kelowna brings sudden rain, cold winds, and even snow  and we will be there, rain, cold, or in unfavourable conditions!  Players develop wet ball control, slippery-surface footwork, cold-weather endurance, and tactical adjustments for low visibility or challenging field conditions. We also emphasize ball dynamics, teaching how wind, rain, and field conditions can affect spin, speed, and accuracy. Athletes learn to adjust passes and strikes to compensate for wind curvature and unpredictable ball movement, giving them the edge to stay in control when others struggle. By mastering these elements, players build resilience, confidence, and true adaptability no matter the forecast.

Where are the sessions held?
Our practice lessons take place at various public fields in the Mission area of Kelowna, including Mission Recreational Fields and Quarry Park in Upper Mission. These fields offer safe and accessible spaces for youth development.

For families who prefer a more personal setting, we also offer private at-home sessions, provided the home has a suitable lawn or backyard with safe playing conditions. This option allows players to learn in a familiar environment while still receiving structured, peer-led soccer development.

The first lesson is $75 and includes a new Umbro ball for players to take home for extra practice. Private follow-up lessons are $50 per hour, tailored to each player’s skill development. Group lessons are $25 per player per hour with three or more participants, encouraging teamwork and shared learning. Lessons are held at Mission Recreational Fields, Quarry Park in Upper Mission, or private homes with suitable yards. Sessions continue in all conditions, but additional fees may apply for rainy, cold, or otherwise unideal weather lessons. Rates for these conditions vary depending on circumstances and location.

Players need cleats, shin guards, socks, and weather-appropriate attire. A signed liability waiver must be filled out before player participation.

Our program is built around the core fundamentals of soccer, dribbling, passing, shooting, positional play, game intelligence, finishing, defending, and proper warm-ups. Every player also benefits from scout preparation, where we explain what evaluators are looking for and give practical ways to stand out. That means players learn how to showcase their skills, decision-making, and work ethic in a way that gets noticed during tryouts or competitive assessments.
